Oversight logs are strictly restricted to primary Store Owner logins. Staff logins cannot access monitoring audit logs.

2Applying Audit Filters
Filter audit logs using [Search ID, Shopper...], Channel dropdown (Web Widget, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Voice Call), Status dropdown (AI Active, Operator Claimed, Escalated, Resolved), Assignee Agent, and Start/End Date & Time pickers. Click [Apply Filters] or [Export to Excel].
