Click [➕ Add Custom Action]. Fill in Action Identifier (e.g. check_appointment_availability), Webhook Endpoint URL, Action Description, and Authorization Secret. Click [+ Add Parameter key] to build inputs (STRING, NUMBER, BOOLEAN).

2Executing Live Webhook Connection Tests
Click [⚡ Test Action] on any action card to open the test overlay. Edit sample JSON parameters and click [Send Test Request] to inspect live HTTP status codes and JSON response bodies.
