Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-Day Free Trial
Pistio AI offers a 7-day free trial on the Growth plan to allow merchants to test platform capabilities, configure AI agents, and preview WhatsApp workflow integrations. No subscription fees will be charged if the trial is cancelled before the 7-day period expires.
2. Non-Cancellable Active Subscriptions
Once a paid subscription plan begins (either after the trial expires or upon manual activation), the subscription terms are strictly non-cancellable during the active billing term (monthly or annual).
If you choose to stop using the platform, your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, at which point the subscription will terminate. We do not offer prorated refunds, credits, or fee adjustments for unused periods or early shutdowns.
Please note that Pistio AI does not resell or markup WhatsApp conversation credits. All conversation and template charges are billed directly by Meta (Facebook Ireland/Meta Platforms Inc.) to your linked Payment Method inside your Meta Business Manager. Pistio AI holds no responsibility, control, or billing liability for WhatsApp usage charges, template fees, or Meta billing disputes.
3. Billing Discrepancies & Resolutions
If you believe Pistio AI has incorrectly billed your account for subscription services (e.g. duplicate credit card charges or wrong currency processing), you must notify us in writing within seven (7) business days of the transaction date.
Please email your invoice details and proof of transaction to support@pistioai.com. Upon verification of a system error, our billing team will issue a refund or billing adjustment to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
4. Account Suspension for Non-Payment
If subscription renewal payment fails on the scheduled billing date, the platform will attempt automatic retries. If payment is not completed within five (5) calendar days from the initial failure, platform integration (including AI auto-replies and Live Inbox access) will be suspended until outstanding dues are settled.
